5.3.6 POST RIN Message
This command can be used by a RIN processor that wants to send a RIN message to another RIN processor. The syntax and semantics of such a RIN message is defined in Clause 6.
The web server shall return one of the following standard HTTP status codes with their standard HTTP response code semantics:
204 – The server successfully processed the request but is not returning any content);
400 – Bad request;
401 – The user is unauthorised to use the web service;
404 – Web service not found;
500 – Server error at web server; and
503 – Web service unavailable due to a temporary overloading or maintenance.
Other standard HTTP status codes may be used in accordance with the bilateral agreement between the two RIN processors.
