5.3.2 Choreography

The choreography enabled by this standard is depicted in the diagrams below. The actions on both sides (represented by magenta boxes) are exemplary only and only represent a typical information exchange in accordance with this standard. It comprises of these steps:

  1. A RIN processor has collated data it needs to share with another RIN processor. The sending RIN processor compiles all information into a RIN message;

  2. The sending RIN processor calls the web service of the recipient by accessing its web service end point using a secure HTTP connection in accordance with Clause 5.3.6; and

  3. The receiving RIN processor responds with an appropriate status code as defined in Clause 5.3.6.
